Kabisig Terms and Agreement

Kabisig is a local service coordination platform for customers, skilled workers, and admins. By using the app, users agree to provide accurate information and use the platform responsibly.

Customer use

Customers must provide accurate booking details, service address, schedule, contact information, and uploaded materials. Customers should use in-app booking and chat features for clearer coordination.

Worker use

Workers must provide truthful application, verification, availability, service, and payment proof information. Worker access may depend on admin approval and platform payment rules.

Payments

Kabisig may record worker billing, payment proof, reference numbers, and admin review actions. Customer service payments may be settled outside the app.

Safety and moderation

Kabisig may review applications, bookings, messages, support requests, payment proof, complaints, and account activity for safety, support, fraud prevention, and platform operations.
