Kabisig Privacy Policy

Kabisig collects and uses information to operate customer bookings, worker applications, chat, support, payment proof records, safety review, and admin workflows.

Information we collect

We may collect name, email, phone number, address, profile photo, role, booking details, service schedules, uploaded photos or videos, messages, worker verification documents, work samples, support tickets, reviews, payment proof screenshots, reference numbers, payment dates, notifications, and app error logs.

Permissions

Camera and photo permissions are used only when users choose to upload booking photos, chat attachments, proof of work, payment screenshots, profile photos, or worker verification files. Location is used only when users choose to provide a booking or profile location. Notifications are used for booking, chat, payment, support, approval, and account updates.

How we use data

Data is used for account management, booking coordination, worker verification, job progress, in-app messaging, payment proof review, support, fraud prevention, safety, moderation, admin operations, and app reliability.

Sharing

Customer and worker information may be visible to each other when needed for booking coordination. Admins may access records for verification, support, moderation, payment review, safety, and platform operations. Kabisig uses Firebase and Google services for authentication, database, storage, notifications, hosting, and app infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

Data deletion

Users may request account or personal data deletion through the app support flow or by contacting support. Some records may be retained when needed for active bookings, payment records, disputes, safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting, or audit history.
